When/If: (으)면

V + (으)면 is the conditional 'when/if V happens' or 'when/if you V':

비가 오 농구를 하지말고 배구를 합시다.

If it rains, let's play volleyball instead of basketball.

여기는 식사를 먹고싶지 않으먼 다른 식당에 갑시다.

If you don't want to eat here, let's go to another restaurant.

달리기를 오래 하 종아리가 아파요.

When I run for a long time my calves hurt.

날씨가 뜨거우 창문을 열어도 돼요.

If the weather is hot, you may open the window.

자주 운동하지 않으면 똥똥해 질 거예요.

If you don't exercise often, you will become overweight.

돈이 없으면, 제가 저녁 식사를 낼 게요.

If you don't have money, I will pay for dinner.
