I'm used/accustomed to...: (에) 익숙하다

N+에 익숙하다 is used to show that you are used to, accustomed to or familiar with something/someone:

시애틀에 살면 비가 오는 것에 익숙하겠어요.

If you live in Seattle I guess you're accustomed to rain.

제주도 사투리를 이해하는 것은 어렵지만 익숙해져요.

The Jeju accent is difficult to understand but I am getting used to it.

한국에 3년이아 살고 있지만 날씨에 익숙해지지 않네요.

Even after three years of living in Korea I'm still not used to the climate.

한국에서 운전에 익숙해지기 위해서는 시간이 필요해요.

Driving in Korea takes time to get used to.

(lit. in order to get used to driving in Korea I need time)

저는 카디프 시티를 응원하기 때문에 김보경 선수에 익숙하지만 다른 한국인 축구선수를 몰라요.

Because I support Cardiff City FC I I'm familiar with Kim Bokyeong but I don't know any other Korean football players.
