돌다 -- to turn

돌아가다 -- to go back (돌 + 아 + to go)

언제 고향 돌아갈 거에요?

When will you go back to your hometown?

돌아오다 -- to come back (돌 + 아 + to come)

제가 학교에서 늦게 돌아오기 때문에 식사 하는 시간이 없었어요.

Since I came back from school late I didn't have time to eat.

돌아보다 -- to turn around, reflect on (돌 + 아 + to see)

제가 옷을 벗어요! 돌아보지 마세요!

I'm getting undressed! Don't turn around!

돌아주다 -- to give back (돌 + 아 + to give)

친구가 일전에 빌린 교과서를 돌려줬어요.

My friend gave back the book he borrowed the other day.
