(이)나 and 거나 are used to say 'or' between nouns and verbs respectively:

여기에서는 수원까지버스 열차로 탈 수 있어요.

From here, you can travel to Suwon by bus or train.

라면이나 밥을 선호해요?

Do you prefer ramen or rice?

오늘 수영하거나 등산을 같이 갈까요?

Shall we go hiking or swimming today?

너는 나에게 전화를 하거나 이메일을 보낼 수 있어요.

You can either phone me or send an email.
