Only if/whenever/as long as I do V:

V + 기만 하면 can be used to say either 'whenever I do V' -- just like 을 때마다 -- or 'only if/as long as I do V':

Whenever I feel sad I listen to my favourite song and dance.

Whenever I order takeout I forget to ask for more sauce.

Only if I earn more money can I move to Japan.

As long as I can find it, I'll buy it.

As long as you accept the outcome, we can continue.
