**들다 -- to enter

들어오다 -- to come into, join

(들 + 어 + to come)

이번 달에 북클럽에 한 사람이 새로 들어왔어요.

A new person joined book club this month.

갑자기 방에 이상한 남자가 **들어왔어요.

**Suddenly, a strange man came into the room.

들어가다 -- to go into, to enter

(들 + 어 + to go)

대통령이 방에 들어갈 때마다 모두 일어 선다.

Whenever the president enters the room everyone stands.

들어맞다 -- to fit, be suited to

(들 + 어 + to be correct)

그 셔츠를 입어보기는 했지만 들어맞지 않았아요.

I did try that shirt on but it doesn't fit well.

들어있다 -- to contain

(들 + 어 + to exist)

몇몇 종류의 초콜릿은 건강에 좋지만 설탕도 많이 들어있어요.

Some kinds of chocolate are good for your health but they still contain a lot of sugar.
